For documents you can visit our requirements section, required documents typically include Bachelor diploma (or Certificate of Enrolment if you are still in your last year) , transcript of records , pdf of your passport, your picture, short CV in Europass format, proof of place of residence , English language certificate. No, there is no fee to apply to this program.

No, after submission, you are not able to change your application.
Letters of recommendation are typically submitted directly by the recommenders through the online application portal.
Yes, students in their last year of such a study programme at the time of application will also be considered for admission. It is the applicant’s responsibility that the required degree is obtained prior to the start of the WE-TEAM programme.
You can check your application status on oasis. Once the management committee makes a decision, you'll get an email notification.

There is one single Application Form for both admission to the programme and a scholarship, via the OASIS online platform.

Note that there are no Erasmus Mundus scholarships available for the Edition 2026-2028.

Each member / user has access to the data concerning him in accordance with European Legislation.

You have the right to be informed by us if we process your data, for the purpose of processing, the type of data we hold, who manages it, how long we store it, but also for your other rights, such as the limitation of processing, correction and deletion of data concerning you.

You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data by submitting a request for correction. It is noted that the correction of the data exists only in the case of a registered user, where in this case it can be done by you through the user control panel. Default order data cannot be corrected.

You have the right to delete the data that concerns you, either as a registered user where it can be done by you through the user control panel, or as a number of orders.

You have the right to portability of your data, where you can ask us to download the personal data you have submitted to the website or to ask us to transfer it to another body.
